Since 2010, Simon Marx has been ensuring that components and tools for the medical technology, aviation, automotive, and defense industries are delivered on time.
During this time, he has personally visited many international suppliers to support them in production and improve their processes. He utilizes his experience in setting up and commissioning production facilities, which includes process audits at suppliers followed by production relocation (Transfer of Work).
Furthermore, he has supervised research and development projects in prototype construction for the aviation and medical technology industries. In doing so, he has brought optical measuring devices to series production and optimized all processes to multiply production increases.
In recent years, Simon has been the responsible contact person for the tool procurement process (Jigs & Tools) for an entire plant of a major aviation company in Hamburg.
His expertise covers all areas of the supply chain - from the production line to project management with responsibilities in the mid-double-digit million range.
