How we proceed
We start by working with you to get an overview of the critical orders, suppliers and deadlines.
We then stay in close contact with your suppliers. We request project plans and production status, check them for plausibility and report to you regularly on where things are getting stuck.
If a deadline is at risk, we define countermeasures. If necessary, we travel to the supplier and accelerate production directly on site.
